On the biggest night of the year for advertising, Super Bowl LVII featured another round of ads that were both memorable and star-studded. These commercials were created by businesses in an effort to attract the attention of consumers.
On Sunday of the Super Bowl, more than one team ended up with a loss.
During the 57th Super Bowl, there were a lot of other things that were disappointing, such as the fact that the nachos didn’t have any cheese, there wasn’t a big variety of beer, and the spinach and artichoke dip was just average.
Fox Sports said in September 2022 that it had virtually sold out its advertising inventory, indicating that brands were prepared for the big attendance.
Fox Sports EVP of advertising sales, Mark Evans, told Variety that the network has just five or so 30-second ad slots available to sell.
These are some of the advertisements that were the greatest and the worst during this year’s Super Bowl.
Dunkin
This year was the first time that Dunkin’ Donuts has advertised during the Super Bowl, and the business hired none other than Ben Affleck, who has become something of an unofficial mascot for the company.
Ben Affleck, who is most known for his role in the film “Gigli,” appears in a humorous advertisement for Dunkin’ Donuts in which he portrays a worker at a drive-thru window in the state of Massachusetts. Affleck brings the chuckles, complete with a rich Boston accent, and serves them up with milk and sugar.
FanDuel
Rob Gronkowski, a former star of the National Football League, will appear in an advertisement for the sports betting website FanDuel that will air at the 2023 Super Bowl. Gronkowski will take part in a “kick of destiny.”
An employee of FanDuel appears in a teaser for the campaign and tells Rob Gronkowski that bettors have a chance to win $10 million if he is successful in kicking a field goal. The teaser promises to be humorous.

Gronkowski explains to the worker that he does not kick but rather catches, but the worker does not seem to be bothered by the distinction.
Avocados from Mexico
However, despite the fact that avocados improve a great deal of things, Super Bowl commercials are not one of those things.
Let’s ignore the fact that avocados have been a mainstay in Super Bowl advertisements for a number of years now; the fruit’s spots have, on the whole, been more successful than they have been unsuccessful. The advertisement for this year isn’t particularly terrible; nonetheless, the Sam Adams advertisement that was discussed before is superior to it in terms of the idea.
Tubi
To tell you the truth, the advertisement for Tubi may also be considered one of the “greatest” advertisements shown above.
Tubi gets points for originality, but the last thing any Super Bowl viewer needs is to be completely confused about what we’re seeing at this point in the game is for us to be watching it.

It’s not a pleasant commercial for anybody, really, to get worked up over whether or not your young nephew Johnny got a hold of the remote control, even if the premise of the advertisement itself is fresh and interesting. We were fortunate that it didn’t last long, much like Jalen Hurts’ Hail Mary pass at the conclusion of regulation.
The Farmer’s Dog: ‘Forever’
Emotional advertisements often do quite well during the Super Bowl, and this is partly due to the fact that by the time the game is over, you are up to your hips in light beers and more than a few handfuls of nachos away from having to spend more time at the gym on Monday.
They still have to be correct, however, and The Farmer’s Dog did it perfectly by playing on your emotions with this “Forever” commercial during the big game.
Pringles
It would seem that chip businesses are taking over the advertising landscape, since Pringles has also released a teaser for their game day advertisement.
A picture of an unnamed lady wearing a bright pink feathered suit and sticking her hand inside a can of cheddar cheese Pringles was posted by the brand on Instagram a week ago. “#StuckInPringles the clock is ticking, the clock is ticking… 2.12.23,” the company that created the video captioned the clip.
According to Forbes, Kellogg’s commercial is a sequel to the company’s campaign from the previous year, which featured a hand becoming trapped in a can of the chips, leaving its owner to go about life with the Pringles can connected to their arm. In this ad, the hand becomes stuck in a Pringles can.
The identity of the lady was revealed to be Meghan Trainor in a new teaser that was released by Pringles. In the clip, Meghan can be seen shooting what looks to be a TikTok before her hand gets trapped in the can.
Rakuten
Is it the most effective advertisement yet? Probably not, but Alicia Silverstone seems like she hasn’t aged a day as she dons Cher Horowitz’s famous and very pricey clothing once again, this time for Rakuten.
Cher is here to help you save money by taking advantage of the cash-back opportunities provided by Rakuten, alongside her opponent Amber (Elisa Donovan). We are still unsure as to whether or not she located the white shirt without a collar that she purchased from Fred Segal.
